Birds at the Bloedel Conservatory

11/28/2016

The Bloedel Conservatory, located atop Vancouver's Queen Elizabeth Park, is home to many exotic plants and birds. This diversity includes birds like Kramer, a speaking Moluccan Cockatoo, native to Indonesia. Many Macaws, Cockatoos, and Parrots call Bloedel home, as well as many smaller songbirds. One of the conservatory's goals is to raise awareness of the importance of plants, which support great biodiversity. It is important, more than ever, to protect the world's rainforests and the wildlife that call them home. The Bloedel Conservatory is a must see for tourists and Vancouverites alike!
